3 - 10 Hollow Rocks + 10 Arch Holds

Wod - Repeat 4/4/18 - for time;

100 double unders / 200 singles

50 kettlebell swings 24/16kg

40 air squats

30 overhead single arm kettlebell lunges 24/16kg

20 press ups
