Functional Fitness for Everyone!​

TRAIN is structured Strength and Conditioning with high intensity, functional movement and serious progress at any level.

​

The class environment, the constant challenge of bettering yourself and the scalability for everyone in the class makes this the perfect class for anyone looking to build muscle, change their body and feel great doing it!

​

We create and program all of our own workouts specifically to give our classes the best possible fitness experience every day!

​

You will work on all aspects of fitness from Strength to Gymnastics, high intensity to endurance and you will build muscle, burn fat and create an incredible level of health and fitness.

​

We encourage everyone to try this class for all of your health and fitness goals - This is TRAIN. This is YO4.

Fitness Racing is here at YO4!

 

This is all about Fitness and Endurance and our Members love it!

 

Simple, Cardio Based Classes that make you SWEAT!

​

Ready to increase your heart rate, push the cardio and work with movements anyone can do as soon as you walk through the door?

​

Train for Hyrox! When you combine our SWEAT classes with our Sunday RACE you have the perfect platform to run your Hyrox!

​

A unique combination of cardio, dumbbells, kettlebells, Sandbags and simple bodyweight exercises to give you an incredible, engaging workout, amazing results and in the most simple way possible.

HYROX

LIFT

Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics.

​

Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Squats, Deadlifts...

​

Pull Ups, Toes'2'Bar, Handstand Push Ups...

​

Our LIFT Class takes on the most advanced movements of Olympic Weightlifting and spends specific time honing these skills, building strength and giving you the confidence to always be making progress!

 

We focus specifically on these incredible movements so you can lift efficiently, nail new skills and get stronger than ever!

​

The transfer to all other movements, other sports and your everyday movement capacity is incredible!

​

You need a Coach to do these well, so it's time to Train at YO4!

Being able to move your body with freedom and control is an incredible feeling, but when did you last do any gymnastics?

​

Hanging from a bar, doing a Handstand...

​

You've maybe done them before, maybe not, you might want your first ever Pull Up, you might want to learn Ring Muscle Ups: whatever your level, this is an incredible way to train.

​

In terms of health, fitness, self confidence and longevity, you need to be able to control your own body and in our SKILLS session you will do exactly that specifically to your level.

​

So use this class to try something new, be more like your younger self but above all give yourself the confidence to do anything you choose to.

GAINS

Looking to build muscle, get lean and get fitter?!

​

Our new High Intensity GAINS: Functional BodyBuilding classes are going to bring a whole new experience to YO4 and to the area itself.

 

Traditional BodyBuilding movements, think Bench Press, Pull Ups etc, matched with cardio, core work and everything you need to get shredded and build the body you want.

 

No more waiting around to hit your set or to use that bench, here we go high intensity, often interval style, to get more work done in less time for incredible results and a class that fits your lifestyle!

 

This ones going to be fun!
